If you are a level 2 or 3 responder, you can find "Referral Requests" on your profile screen if on a mobile device and in your navigation side-bar if you are online.
Once selected, you can see all current referral requests as well as previous requests.
By selecting each request, you can view the following information:
The name of the responder making the referral.
The name of the student and their user ID.
The name of the responder the user is being referred to.
The date and time the referral was made.
A description of the reason for the referral.
You may then choose to approve or decline the request. If accepted, the student will then receive access to you and you will have access to them.
It is important to note that level 2 and 3 responders then have the ability to remove or re-add the student at any point.
